8350 is compared to the 3570k and not the 3770k , 3770K is the best CPU u can get in the range of 200~250$

The first part of this review is already posted, so I'll just post where the conclusion is made. You can clearly see that i7-3770k actually has better value when everything is combined. It also offers better performance. So, we can conclude that the i7-3770k would serve you better.

Go for i7-3770k and you will never regret until u r using hyper-threading technology.
Other wise go for i5-3570k and save you money for better graphics card or motherboard or ram or PSU or cooler or etc.

I am going for streaming and gaming at the same time and based on the benches that this guy did, the 8350 wins surprisingly.
