8370 Wont OC

Hi, I have an Fx8370 on a MSI 990FXA Gaming motherboard. I set the OC Genie on, it sets the multiplier to 21.5 and all cores are stable indefinitely. The issue is when I overclock it manually, disabling all necessary options i.e Cool n Quite, Turbo Core ect, I set the multiplier to 22.0 and I get almost instant failure on core 8, rounding error (0.48 expected less than 0.4) so I started adjusting my voltage little by little getting constant core 8 failure all the way to where I am now at +0.05000 V and I am still getting core 8 failure after about a minute of running Prime95. So could it be a issue with the CPU itself or possibly a error on Prime95s part? The whole system is about 2 months old all bought new. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Prime95 is mostly geared toward Intel platform. AMD Overdrive is more suitable. It has Benchmark and stability tests better suited.
