Question 840 Evo SSD Random Disconnected

My 840 Evo has randomly started disconnecting. Nothing's changed, just randomly started doing it. Checked connections and all seems fine.

When it does disconnect, my whole PC will grind to a hault and start shuddering. Specifically this is my E: drive, and does not have Windows installed on it. Restarting sometimes fixes the issue and it reconnects, but not always.

Replace it. This is somewhat common issue with old ssds.
With time they can develop this issue.
