SPECS:
Windows 10
Z97 Extreme6
Samsung 850 Evo 500gb

I turned on my pc today and was prompted with "Reboot and Select proper Boot device." Haven't used my computer in about 5 days but the last time it was on it was working perfectly fine. So I went into the BIOS to check the boot option priority list and the SSD was not listed. I then checked my storage config and the SSD was listed and was being read as it's supposed to. The only drives listed in my boot options are my optical drive and HDD.

Edit: I've disconnected my HDD and optical drive.

Admirable
Most likely your Windows 10 installation was installed and configured as an UEFI boot. So while the SSD can be enumerated at the port level, indicating the hardware is alive, the fact Windows 10 isn't being listed as a compatible UEFI boot loader tells me that something got corrupted in one of the partitions or system files.

Did you make any changes to your BIOS or OS between now and the last time the system booted up normally? If so, what changes exactly?

No, the last thing I did before turning off the pc was play Diablo 3, turned it back on 5 days later and this happened.

There's no CSM setting in the boot section, tried updating the mobo through wifi but no connection was made.
