850w PSU for R9390 (Will OC It)

I wanted to buy 850w power supply for my r9 390 which i will buy soon. I have selected 2 PSU. Which one is beteer, keep in mind that I will be overclocking gpu.

They look like the same power supply. They are both M12II 850 watt units. One has packaging that says 80+ Bronze clearly, and the other one does not seem to say it as clearly, but the retailers description does.

These are really nice, high quality units. You cannot go wrong with Seasonic.
