8600gts problem

I am running a e6600 duo core 4gbs ram, 650watt psu. ok this is my issue my computer shuts off when i try to open tilde in team fortress 2 like just look at then bam it shuts off. i dont know that the problem is i've been looking all over for it. my card is running 150F.

Does it only happen in TF2 ? Do you have the latest VGA drivers installed ?

no it happens in other games when i play them for 20mins and i got the latest drivers
