Should I be worried about my 8600k I have it Overclocked to 5ghz at 1.4v and max temp during Prime95 is 95c but that is what it hit but it mostly stays around 88c. I have a H60 liquid cooler on it atm. But should I lower my OC if that temp is too high? Or do you guys think that this is fine.

Solution
I have the same CPU and I also got mine to 5GHz but was not happy with it running at that speed at 1.368v with temps hitting 80's C degrees. Still its good to know yours hits 5GHz!!!

I have mine running at 4.9GHZ now at a low vcore 1.278c and under 70 C degrees at load which you should be able to achive so long as you have a good CPU cooler. Mine is a Triple fan AIO..
I do not worry too much about temperatures.
The cpu will slow down or shut off if it reaches a dangerous temperature.
That is about 100c.
Prime95 as a stress test is a bit nasty. Under normal use, you will not see those temperatures.

I would be more worried about vcore. 1.4 is about the limit.

If you have implemented speedstep, the multiplier and vcore will reduce when there is little load.
That is good.

Lastly, H60 is not the best of coolers.
But, if it is working, I would not change it out.

Make certain that it gets plenty of fresh air to do its job.

How much do you need 5.0?
I like to back off a bit.

I guess i'm lucky too! I'm running a 1.29vcore at 5ghz using a Corsair H100i v2. Idle temps are around the low 30's. Prime95 after 30mins might touch 70, but it usually stays in the 60's.
