860m vs 960m?

So, I've been looking up my options for a gaming/work laptop that fits my budget and I have found two laptops:

i5-4210h paired with a 960m for £700
i7-4710mq paired with an 860m for £650

Is the extra £50 worth it for the processor downgrade and 960m?
Because the i5 is only a dual core I am a bit hesitant.
If the 960m has a good impact on gaming performance and efficiency I'll up my budget to £770 to get the i7-4720mq.
