[SOLVED] 8700k OCed with H115i

Hey guys!

I need help regarding my 6 months old gaming PC. I got an 8700k paired with an MSI Z370 Gaming Plus and a Corsair H115i.

I got 2 issues with it so far. The AIO is too damn loud, even at 60% and a headset, it's unbearable. Any recommendations for some good and silent 140mm static pressure fans?

The second issue, I OCed CPUs in the past, successfully that is. I feel like I have either stumbled on a bad chip or I'm missing something. The 8700k is at 4.9Ghz, Cache at 4.4 and 1.35v at the vcore. It peaks sometimes at 95°C, but in most games, a reasonable 70°C.
Am I missing something, any other option to stabilize the damn thing without pushing the voltage that high?

If youre going to OC to around 5ghz should probably delid. 1.35v should be on the high side of what you need for 5GHz, have you tried undervolting any to help with those temps?
