Question 8700k Overclocking issues/Cant overclock .1ghz past stock

Just picked up a 8700k and cant even get it to 4.8-4.9 ghz. I get multiple BSOD erros from windows which i will list below.

Error 1: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
Error 2: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Error 3: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Error 4: PAGE_FUALT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

After reading up about these errors they all link to different things and nothing specific that I can fix. I have tried swapping out with faster ram nothing has worked. Ive increased voltages to 1.35 for a 4.9 ghz overclock and is still unstable. Does anyone know some things I could try or am I not seeing a pattern or something?

PSU - 1000watt supernova

And what PSU do you have? Missing from your specs...

This is not a clean OS install I just swapped my mobo and proccessor because my old ryzen died. And I added my psu.
