8740w laptop chirping noise *now with video*

I have an 8740w hp laptop and it is making a strange chirping/beep noise.

Here is a video showing the chirping

I've worked on quite a few laptops before, including this model, and I've never seen or heard this before.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? I don't have a spare HD to try in it, and I don't want to start taking it apart if I don't have to.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi

Hard drive or Inverter...

Remove hard drive.... if noise stops....etc etc...

Haven't tried just letting it sit at the bios screen to see if it makes noise. I suppose its worth a try, and just remove the hard drive if it does..... if its the inverter.... god that would suck, I hate taking laptops apart.
