I have a 19' Monitor..
Both the Cards have the Same price.but.which one is better for gaming ?
XXX edi or the simple edi ?
GT or GTS ? which one ?
320mb or 256 mb ?
320bit vs 256 bit ?

They are basically equal. Are these your only options? Both of those cards are old and neither is particularly good.

right now i have 3 options..lol 9600gso and these 2 cards..lol...

What are the specs of the 9600 GSO? It is probably your best choice but there are several different versions of the card so I would need to know more.

XFX 9600GSO 384mb (192 Bit) PCI Express

Go for the GSO as long as it has DDR3 memory. The 192-bit version is the one with 96 stream processors which is good. It also overclocks very well(probably up to 700mhz from the stock setting of 550.) It wont allow you to max out every game at that resolution but it will on a lot of games and come close on most others.

Yeah, the 9600GT is better. The GSO is better than the other 2.
