what are good good temps for this card ,i see and array of things mine is over clocked to gpu=650mhz and memory=1834 mhz frpm the dual core center? also is upgrading to a next gen worth it? i play crysis warhead and at mainstream and i like it i mean i would like better but i dont need to blow all my money wann build a new rig soon.

If you start getting artifacting, aka little white/coloured specs that don't belong on the screen, then it's likely too hot. If your display driver stops responding then crashes, or recovers...then it's likely getting too hot. Otherwise you're good

Mine started to do this at about 86C or so while playing Dead Space a while back. Turns out the fan on the card was being hindered by a little too many dust bunnies. Quick clean and it's back performing good as new.
