8800gtx water block flow rate

Hi all, im new. Umm im going to build a new computer soon, and i wanted it to be watercooled. The video card i was looking at was the 8800gtx with the watercooling block. However one thing that i havent noticed on review sites is the flow rate. However, from one review on newegg, a customer said that the flow rate will slow down the entire system. I am planning on using 1/2 tubing, how badly will it affect flowrate and does anyone who owns one have a noticable(sp) flow rate decrease. Thank you. Im still way too tired if that that my sense im sorry lol

you should be good to go, as far as i know h2o 8800gtx comes with 1/4”, 3/8”, or 1/2 fittings.
