8GB memory PC runnin on 4GB

So my Motherboard is ASROCK FM2A58+ BTC RETAIL
and my RAM AM HYPERX HX321C11T2K2/8 HYPERX PREDATOR 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 2133MHZ.

I recently noticed that my PC is using only 3.94 out of this Ram. But also its reading both sticks and has 8GB installed according to Bios and System information. I tried to boost it with msconfig, BIOS, Regedit, installed Drivers 1.80 on motherboard even did a clean install of windows 10 Pro. But still using the same speed. Is it something I need to worry about?

I would run memtest86 on your rig to check the memory, and it will tell you exactly what you have access to for memory in addition to running some tests on the memory to insure both sticks are working properly.

You can download the test program from HERE at no cost and run it from a USB stick or CD.

What version of windows are you running? x64 or x86?

So if your windows detect the 2 RAMs (= 8GB) but uses one not the other. Try to change the places of the RAMS on the MB or try to test them as @alexsss1234 said!
