8GB of ram 3.46 Usable

Hello i recently dropped my phone on my case and made the PC hang and i believe this is where it started

CPU: AMD A8-7650k
RAM: 2x4gb ddr3 memory
NO GRAPHICS CARD
a68hm-e33 v2 Motherboard

When i go to system properties i see 8GB of ram (3.46) usable
I've tried cleaning my RAM with erasers I've ran a thing piece of paper on the RAM sockets I've switched up the Ram I've tried powering on the PC with Ram on each slots My pc still boots and my Bios recognized that there are ram although i see in the bios that it says Memory:4096 I've tried ticking the msconfig maximum memory to 8192 as well

Is your windows 64bit?

Don't tick the ram check box in Msconfig, it's probably what's causing the issue. Untick that box immediately then reboot and see if it helps. Besides, like Makentox asked, is your Windows 64bits or 32?
