8GB of RAM is in my PC but in my RAM info i have only 4GB installed, please help

I have 8GB of RAM or 2x4GB sticks in my PC but it only says in my RAM info that i have 4GB installed, my PC was fine a couple of days ago with not a lot of memory usage but today i realized i had over 50% of my RAM usage being used when i only had Steam, Google Chrome and Discord open.Also i checked on my speccy app to check if i had 8GB installed on there and i was shown this.

If anybody could help me that would be very grateful.

I am confused the image you posted shows 8GB on 2 slots of ram, or is that a previous to problem image ?
I would boot into Bios and see what the ram is reported if still 4GB, shutdown, disconnect power cord from pc and reseat the ram and reboot again in bios.

I am now looking at my bios and it says I have both of my RAM sticks installed but one of them is not enabled, is there anyway to enable this?

I searched around, what would be your processor and motherboard ?

Not to worry, I reaseated my RAM slots and now it is all working fine. Thank you very much
