8gb of Ram with 3.44 usable !!

I know for a fact im running x64 because it is in bios and system properties and i also remapped ram to 9-9-9-27 with voltage at 1.65 need help thnx!

What type of RAM is it? (Manufacturer, speed, etc.)

two sticks of 4gb corsair vengance running at 1600

one of them is loose reset them or move them around had this happen once

how can one of them be loose when it reads 8gb when there is 8gb installed

Because if it was correctly orientated it would be correct either its the stick the slot or poer to the slot is not good enough.
