Question 8gb ram 4,28 usable

hi, my pc specs are ryzen 3 2200g, 8gb ram (vega 8 graphics card) and for some reason only 4,28 is usable ,btw my ram is 2x4gb . Now i tried doing something in msconfig and now it is 8gb ram 3.31 usable !!!!!!!!! Pls help me

when i go to this pc - propeties this is like this procesor AMD ryzen 3 2200g with radeon vega graphics 3.50ghz
ram 8.00gb (3.31 gb usable)
System type 64 bit operating system x64 based procesor

bro pls can you just tell me how can i increase this to be like 6-7 gb
