8GB RAM installed, 5.6 Available

I have some problems with RAM.

out of 8GB only 7.4 is detected, Hardware reserved 586mb, Available 5.6GB
Paged pool 261mb, non-paged pool 82mb, in Use 1.9GB (with Chrome open)

I have win 8, intel CPU, ram is 1866MHz

It's fine. 1.9gb(in use)+5.6gb(free)+586mb reserved= 8gb total . 7.4gb is detected because 586mb is reserved for hardware only 7.4 gb is usable.I have a 4gb ram and 3.9gb is usable.
