8gb ram on integrated graphics?

so this image is showing that my integrated graphics apparently has like 8gb of ram how? or if not what is all this stuff mean?

Just means that your integrated GPU could use system memory for graphics if necessary. You have 128mb of dedicated VRAM which is faster than system memory and is given priority when storing graphics. When more is needed, shared system memory is available.

i know but this topic: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2779660/graphic-card-video-memory-unlimited.html#16535713 he/she said that his/her graphics card's video memory became "unlimited" so say i put a 970 in my rig than the Vram runs out would it use shared memory because 1 person on this thread have stated that before this they couldn't play games on high setting but somehow they can play on high settings with little stutters? so could i recreate this with a 970

With Integrated (Processor) graphics, you can select in your computer's bios how much RAM to allocate it. This comes off the total installed RAM, so your system memory is lower than total RAM. However, because it's possible for the graphics to use more than it has been allocated by sharing the remained RAM, the "total available graphics memory" is just referring to the total amount of installed RAM.
