8GB USB Not Working

I have a hp 8gb pendrive which used to work until i removed it while copying files mistakenly !
now its not showing up on This PC ..It gets detected but wont work ...tried all methods
chkdsk,format,minitool nothing helps ...

Here is what my device manager shows up ...I just need my usb to be working ..no need for data ..Help pls

EDIT 1 :- changing the file system fails through minitool ...

Try opening 'Disk Management' and see if you have more success thru that.

If you cant get at it through disk management use the diskpart CLI tool select the correct volume #, type clean, create partition primary, format fs=ntfs or fat32 or exfat, assign letter=Drive letter.
