8GB USB Stick now 4MB

My 8GB stick showed only 4GB. I fooled around with disk management and shrunk the unallocated space so that there now isn't any. Using diskpart and clean etc. still only sees the stick as 4MB. Can anyone help me restore the stick to 8GB?

It's a good Toshiba "8GB" stick, or was anyway
