8KDA3I problem

The computer will not turn on. Swapped the PSU, and it still won't turn on.
Checked all of the LED connections and the switch connections and they're
fine. What happened? Did the mobo go bad? Athlon 64 3000+, WD 120GB IDE
HD, 2 CD drives, etc. etc.

Could the case power switch be malfunctioning? Try shorting the two pins
with a small screw driver momentarily. Try removing the board from the case
and powering it up with only PSU, Video card, CPU and ram, no drives or
other expansion cards. Reseat the cpu.

The motherboard failed the cardboard test. Switch is okay. Mobo's bad.
