[SOLVED] 8TB SSD enclosures?

Looking to replace my old portable HDDs with an external SSD for media storage. The portable SSDs that are available locally max out at 2TB and are very expensive - for not much more I could get an 8TB Samsung QVO 870.

The problem is every portable enclosure I find seems to have a capacity limit between 2TB and 4TB. Do 8TB+ capacity SSD enclosures exist?

If an enclosure can support a 4TB drive, then it can support 8TB and more. Earlier enclosures had a 32-bit LBA limit which works out to 2TiB (at 512 bytes per sector). Most vendors don't understand what they are selling. They just know the price and how many they can move.
