9" or Less GPU for $200~

Okay, so I've been picking out parts for my very first build, but recently found out that my case's GPU clearance is only about 9.2" unless I want to remove my hard drive cage and get a 5.25" adapter for the HDD. To make this build as simple as possible, I've decided that what I want to do is simply find a GPU that'll fit my case...

...On newegg.com for around $200. Consider $250 my absolute max. What do you guys think? Best card that's 9" or under for around $200?

getting this has much better performance then the gtx660 overall it should fit that case.
