Okay first and foremost this website is amazing and thank-you for all the valuble support that I've obtained within the last 24h alone, appreciated.
Okay, pictures will be provided; so here is the deal, I've used this pc for gaming for quite awhile now, and never had a single issue, anthem demos ran perfect, but since then I've done some minor adjustments and all hell broke loose..
I bought new ram and replaced old ram entirely, slower clock speed but it boosted my ram to 20GB 16 via 2 8GB identical sticks, in correct dimms windows acknowledges and running in dual channel..
I bought a geforce 980ti, up from my 760's sli
Those are the modifications, power source is a tx850..
Upon doing this my comp went into a bootloop and I had to short the pins on the mobo to reset the bios, and I also did a fresh win10 install
Everything seemed fine..
Until I loaded up a game, in this respect it was "path of exile" max settings, 1080p, about 20m in my cpu was hitting 90°c.. which unnerved me..
I have a corsair water cooling system, that came with the rig, i bought it used from a random dude about three years ago, and I've never touched it, except for cleaning fans and radiator with condensed air..
One tube is warm to the touch while the other tube remains cold...
For the life of me idk what could be wrong...
Pics below, please help before I fry my cpu..
