Long story short, A key sometimes double taps, sometimes not at all. I suspect there is debris in the key itself (not the key cap.) There are suggestions saying to use high concentration alcohol, but liquid + key = bad, right?
Look for 99% rubbing alcohol, it's almost pure alcohol which you can safely clean electronics with it, they have it behind the drug counter at wal mart.
I suggest waiting a bit afterwards because it can get stuck in cracks and such and not evaporate right away, 15 minutes should be enough time after cleaning to test it.
It's 94% pure ether alcohol, and doesn't leave residue that rubbing alcohol has. Also has no water, so evaporates/dries very quickly. Just make sure you don't get it near flame.

Cant seem to find it anywhere near me, I live in Canada. Any other suggestions?

Yeah that's what I managed to find. Thanks for the answer. For those looking for the solution here are my steps;
1. Take off keycap
2. Got around 4/5 drops of 99% alcohol
3. Held down key with toothpick so my finger wouldnt get in the way and dropped two at once (both sides of the key)
4. Pressed it in rapid succession about fifty times just to really clean it out
5. Repeated steps
6. Held down the key for about 15 minutes, blowing from about six inches gently to help it evaporate more. (No need to blow for the entire time.)
