Question 90%+ GPU usage on main monitor, only around 20-30% on 2nd monitor

Does it on all browsers I've tried, chrome and edge. My GPU usage when watching videos on my main monitor is drastically higher. I don't understand why.. any ideas?
Watching twitch.tv GPU usage when my edge is on 2nd monitor uses only about 20-30%. I put twitch.tv on my main monitor and instantly 90% + GPU usage.
Sameish thing happens with YouTube, about 10-15% on my 2nd monitor and 40-50% gpu usage on main monitor. It's so strange.

Monitors are same size 24.5in and resolution 1920x1080.

thats easy fixed
