90% of hard drive is under System Reserve?

I bought a 1 terabyte hard drive and only 119 GB is showing up on my local disk. The rest is under System Reserve, and I have no idea how to move it out. Here's a visual:

It would be useful to know what motherboard ?
What bios setting for SATA controller AHCI or ata compatible?
Or other setting?

What version of windows? And service pack

Is this the only hard drive in the system?

What size was the previous hard drive or is this a new build?

Somehow Disk Management is showing 2 hard drives 0 & 1
not 1 drive with 2,partitions

119 GB is small boot partition which will be hidden assuming vista ,7⃣
Or 8
Far too small to install windows in , you need at least 20 GB to install windows 7 with no room for updates service packs etc
