$90/Rs.6k pc upgrade.

I've a pentium 4 pc with 2x 1gigs of ram and a 80gb hard disk attached to a msi motherboard. I want to upgrade my pc a lil'bit so that I can use some softwares on it. Also I like to play some games but not necessarily the high end games. I want to upgrade my pc to a newer version. So I need a new processor-motherboard-ram combo to upgrade. I would also upgrade my hard disk but later on. I have an intex cabinet with a working power supply and cooling fan. I've a strict budget of Rs. 6000 Can anyone here give me a nice suggestion for my upgrade which will be under my budget. I would like to atleast have 4gigs of ram. If I can make use of my previous ram, I would like to do it also. But just to tell I can't upgrade my current pc to 4gb ram because of my motherboard memory restriction. Just to tell again cureently I have 2x 1gigs ram sticks of ddr2. I hope someone will help me

You're best off trying to find a cheap used PC from 2010 or so. The time period it made any sense to start incremental upgrades on this PC probably ended about a decade ago.
