I'd replace SSD and PSU.

For SSD, i'd go either with Crucial MX500 250GB or Samsung 860 Evo 250GB for much better performance and twice the space with little added cost,

And for PSU, i'd pick any Seasonic 500W range PSU, since they have much better build quality and reliability, e.g G-550, Focus 550, Focus+ 550 or any PRIME series.

Btw, when using B350 chipset MoBo, make sure that you have latest BIOS on MoBo. Else-ways, you will need to update BIOS with 1st gen Ryzen CPU to get your 2nd gen Ryzen CPU working. To avoid that risk, pick B450 chipset MoBo.

The vega 56 is currently on amazon at £270, is better than the 1060. If you are going to be gaming, i would say go for the ryzen 5 2600 and for the money get a better gpu. As said above, ssd needs to change, a400 is not so good.
