Any suggestion for a $900-$1000 Gaming desktop that can run Dark Souls 3 on Med - High setting in 50+ FPS? And can also be used for 1080p Video Editing. I have an 1366x768 res Monitor.

Or i just need an upgrade?

Reuse your existing HDD as secondary backup, or get a fresh oe down the line. Also get a Windows activation key cheap online... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/

I'm also gonna use it for Editing videos. I'll wait for reviews first.

Ryzen 5 1400 will be great at that with 8 threads. You're free to wait for reviews, but also judge the reviews open mindedly. If they compare the CPU to an i7-7700, or an i5-7600k overclocked, it won't be a very fair comparison as price wise the Ryzen 5 1400 will be a lot lower than Its competitors.

Battlefield 1 has already been tested with the Ryzen 5 1400, and results are promising.
