I'm not looking to have an extreme bench mark PC as I mostly play indie games on steam and League. However I do quite a bit of photo editing, video editing/recording, and streaming from time to time. My current build is kind of lifted from another build that revolved around the 4770k that I wanted. Anything is open to change except for the CPU.

GPU:

Total = anywhere from $900-$1100 depending on Amazon/Newegg combos/deals.

Any feedback is welcome in terms of cuts I could make, or better parts I could replace the current setup with would be awesome.

From the benchmarks I've looked at the 4770k performs well in the areas I'm wanting it to. The storage I'm looking at is an SSD for the OS, some steam games, League, and maybe 1-2 other programs. The HDD is for recording/editing videos so I'm not running my OS/Game off the same HDD I'm writing to. Re-using some parts is just due to budget and my 5850 is still serving me well.

If you wanted to save a fair bit of money, you could do a BIOS upgrade and go to an i7-3770K.

If you don't have a problem with RAID0, two 500GB barracuda drives are only $10 more than 1 caviar black drive and is significantly faster:

can you use your current PSU? Or is that a no go?

Just providing some alternate options :)

My current PSU works fine but is only 500w. I don't plan on ever using two GPUs as the only purpose I'd have for it would be running 3 monitors (and 2 is fine for me currently).

As far as storage goes I've never really researched RAID and size doesn't really matter for the HDD. I don't really want a 1tb only reason I have the western digital at 1tb is its $10 more expensive than a 500gb :( . My current 1tb isn't even full.

My biggest question mark comes in with the PSU/Motherboard. I'm curious as to the wattage I'd need, or should have for the future and with the motherboard I'm not gonna overclock so I'm curious as to what I'd need or can get away with.

I'll be upgrading it down the road, but for now it doesn't hold me back from doing anything. Only reason I'm looking at a stronger PSU is in case I need it for the future as a few pieces of the build I won't be sticking with.
