I have done some research for myself and this is what I have come up with.

I would try to get 970 if I were you. It's substantially better in every way and only a bit more than the price of 770. Even if you have to wait a bit for 970 to restock i think it'll be worth it.

EDIT: if your budget is super tight maybe get a smaller SSD or even a spin drive to try to get 970. next gen games will thank you for it.

EDIT: It looks like newegg has some gtx 970s in stock.

neah, you don't NEED a cpu cooler if you aren't overclocking.

if the price difference is too much, just get the cheaper one :) difference in performance is almost negligible, but was looking at the best you can get for the money.
 
Well If I dont need a cpu cooler I guess I could afford it,

I dont plan on overclocking

edit: I wont realy go higher since I need the Peripherals

edit 2 : need a sound card and the network adapter?
