I want to build a gaming pc but not for big games like Gta 5 or Witcher 3. I want to play games like DayZ,Depth,Payday 2 and Call of Duty Waw. Please help me. (Im not gonna overclock, don't need Mouse or Keyboard, I need a monitor too). Thank you.

Here you go. If you change your mind about overclocking, than change the 4690 for a 4690k, change the H97 motherboard for a Z97 board. I do recommend to make a build which supports overclocking because depending on how long you want to use this build, there will probably be a time you want that little extra performance.

Edit: Didn't see you needed a monitor, so replaced the GTX970 for a GTX960 and added a nice 23,6 inch monitor with 2ms response rate.
 
isn't 16gb ram is too much and I changed the budget its 1000$ now so its a little bit better.
 
It isn't too much, its a little future proof. You will be fine with 8GB (2x4 GB sticks preferably) but i have put in 16GB because games start to use more and more RAM, so why not. And i edited my last post, it should now contain everything you need.
