Solution
Intel i5 more than enough for gaming and multimedia.............EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 770
I think u should gor for............... the GPU selection is awesome...and rest is ok.And stick with Windows 7 and wait for few months and then grab win 9 it is much better than Windows 8 or 8.1 and these OSs are designed exclusively for touch screen devices ........Good Luck Bro...................

-Get a cheaper case and use the money to buy an i7
-Get Windows 8.1 instead of 7
-I recommend you get a 280X over a 770. Same price, more VRAM.

Thx for your reply!

I agree on the GPU thing, but the i5 is more than enough for gaming as both the i5 and the i7 will somewhat be bottlenecked by most modern GPUs. And Windows 7 vs 8.1 pretty much comes down to what you like to use.

Thanks guys!

Thanks man! You earned best solution. I hope I do this right.

I do agree with the above, but i recommend you change the motherboard as MSI motherboards tend to have a higher failure rate.
Some good alternatives would be (in same price range): Asrock Pro3 / Pro4
Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H

Yes I agree with it ..........I also own a MSI 970A-G46 but after few months the problem arises with my motherboard thankfully warranty period was there......So the service center guys repaired it.
Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H yeah its a good mobo ..........
