I plan on getting this in about a month from now what all of you think? If you have any recommendations that will keep it about 900 please suggest it

I like intel better but that's preference , and 8 GBs will be fine for RAM, I also like to tell people that a SSD is not necessary for gaming and doesn't affect performance but if you want fast bootups, go for it. I also changed the motherboard to a slightly cheaper one, and chose g.skill instead of Kingston. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Y2z9 I did drop the SSD, so tell me if you want a build with it in.

+1 to computerchap's build. Very nice. The only thing to change(and this is nitpicking) is the psu. If it's possible to find a 500w psu from corsair, seasonic or xfx cheaper than what computerchap has,you could use that money to invest in something that you want to change

Better quality motherboard and case.
12gb of ram is a weird amount. 8gb is plenty.
Dropped SSD for a HDD. If you already have a HDD, you can drop it. If you don't have a spare HDD, keep it as you want a large HDD over a small SSD.
Better quality psu.

I was wondering why there was no optical drive in real's build.I just noticed there isn't one in the OP's build either.
On a side note, the UD3 has heat issues with the VRMs. Rev 3 was quite bad, from what i've read.If this is rev 4,it'd be great.

If that's the case, that's great man. For a moment, the math boggled me. I was wondering how you were able to fit in a 100 dollar mobo as opposed to computerchap's build and still have it under 900. I then saw the combo deals

I went with the AMD 8 core to be a little more future proof for games since console have 8 core CPU they will start using more then four cores i don't plan on upgrading for a while and because Austin Evans said that windows 8.1 gives you more fps with a 8 core CPU. I also have a optical drive

I have a optical drive idk the brand or anything it recycling it from my current PC because i just need it to download the system then I'm pretty much done with.
