$900 pc build Help

Hello. A friend of mine is looking forward buying a new pc.
His budget is about $900 , more or less.

He kinda already chose the HDD and SSD, only the RAM brand might matter.
RAM: 8gb
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 120GB

What GPU, CPU, PSU should he go with considering the prices of HDD,RAM,SSD?[Those 3 should cost about $170 or less. He chose the case too i think. It shouldnt be too expensive.

Both builds look great, but the thing is i cant find many of these components on the website im buying from. In my country we dont have a huge variety.
