Higher quality components used. Not to say the MSI card will fall apart, this one is faster and cheaper.

What is the best processor for gaming I could get in the same price range as the xeon.
Also these are the changes I made due to dottorrents suggestions:http://pcpartpicker.com/user/akash329dsouza/saved/CHgzK8

redheat is incorrect. The newer Xeon processors are pretty much an i7 with no integrated graphics and no overclocking support.

If you really don't want a Xeon processor (if you're planning on overclocking or may need integrated graphics), then go for the i5-4690K which will be released on June 25th.

The build is great. Xeon processors are generally better value for gaming. Plus the GPU is brilliant for gaming. I recommend my build though as it features high quality components and will last you maybe 5 years before upgrading again.

And on Cpuboss.com the intel was better but it says by a tiny margin so what are the differences between them? Which should I get. I will be doing a little video processing but the xeon does not have hyper threading.
