Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Amazon (currently have free 2-day shipping on Amazon), others possible if they don't have outrageous shipping fees.

the op wants 16gb of ram... dont use a z87 with a haswell refresh cpu... and that seasonic deal is dead/out of stock.

8GB is enough for photo editing. He is MOSTLY gaming so he should spend most of the money on a good graphics card. I don't know what is wrong with using a Z87 motherboard. Seasonic isn't out of stock everywhere.

Also he said he might want overclocking on the CPU, so a Xeon isn't a good choice.

^ Kinda right, so I fixed things up a little bit.
