900p 19.5 or 1080p 21.5

I'm looking at buying a fairly low end pc using the new g4560 processor and I need to know if I should buy a 19.5 inch 900p monitor or a 21.5 inch 1080p monitor. I am moving from console on a 32 inch tv to this pc and my choice of monitor will also influence my choice of gpu as I am on a tight budget and looking for the best specs possible. It's an obvious answer, there's no benefit for getting 900p unless you want to save money that badly that you can't afford a 1080p monitor. 1080p 100%.
