900p SSD not recognized by Z170-AR in RAID.

I just got an Intel 900p M.2 SSD and my Asus Z170-AR Bios isn't seeing it when I switch to RAID. The drive is seen by the BIOs when I go back to AHCI. It is seen as a device on my Device Manager and the drivers are updated. when i check the events on the Device Manager it says that it "failed to migrate". I have disabled SATA6G_1, and SATA6G_2 since it is an either or situation, as well. Any help would be appreciated.

What are you trying to do with the RAID?

Your question made me realize the my don't need to be in RAID for my M.2 to work. That being said I have cleared my CMOS and turned on M.2 on the Onboard Configuration tab in my BIOs. Still nothing.

Is there an NVME setting? It shouldn't be raid/ide or ahci. Did you look through the installation guide for anything on m.2 nvme boot?
