Please suggest me which will provide better cooling among them

1. 6 heatpipe, 2 Fan(2x90mm), 2 towers (can't add 3 fans because my motherboard/RAM/Case wont let me)
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32986572385.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.777d3c00XhG20w&mp=1

2. This is identical to no.1 but the pipes are closer and in no.1 the pipes have some more space between them you can see it in the pics wil that make any difference?

3. 6 heatpipe, 2 Fan(2x120mm), signle towers

4. 5 Heatpipe, 2 Fan(2x120mm I have an extra 120mm Fan around the pack comes with just 1 fan), single tower

5. 6 heatpipe, 2 Fan(2x120mm), signle towers (price is high but is it worth the high price?)

I'm assuming Aliexpress is the cheapest way to get something into your country because otherwise I'd suggest a different site selling brand name product. But if I had to pick from those options I'd choose the one with two towers and a single fan. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32986572385.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.777d3c00XhG20w&mp=1
So a 2 tower 90mm should outperform a 1 tower 120mm right?
And yes everything is almost 200% costly when it comes to PC parts in local Indian stores example my RX580 costed me 25000 INR(350 USD) at Nov 2018

Just what are you going to cool with it ? CPUs wary widely in cooling requirements so that's most critical info.
I just have a i5-4590 which runs around 75 to 80C when gaming and Im planning to build a R5 3600 PC soon(I know the stock cooler is ok) and im just curious which is better 2 tower 90mm coolers or 1 tower 120mm coolers

It's practically tossup between them performance wise but 120mm fans are quieter.

I really don't care about noise I want the one that could keep the cpu cool and costs less so do you think the generic dual tower 90mm could outperform a generic 120mm single tower?

Certainly possible because size of the fan is last of things that define a cooler. More important things are number and diameter of heat pipes, number and placement of fins and amount of air going thru it.

Thank you for the info and also one more thing in the list of coolers that I have shared above the 120mm and 90mm aren't just the fans even the cooling towers are taller for 120mm but has only single tower and 90mm fan coolers are smaller but dual towers does that make a big difference?

Yes, dual towers are preferable because of more cooling surface. 120mm towers are usually tall and may not fit in every case.

Finally got the Snowman M-T6 Non-RGB Dual 120mm fan after checkout review form TechYesaCity and it works great hope it works great for years to come
i5-4590
Stock Cooler - idle temps (CPU Usage 3-5%)
45-50C
prime95 -108C in 2 mins

M-T6 Non-RGB- idle temps (CPU Usage 3-5%)
34-38C
prime95 -66-72C after 20 mins

I think it's worth spending the 20-25 USD(Depends on offers and coupons I got it for 20USD) on it.

Once you switch to Ryzen 3600, temps are going to be even better just make sure you keep all parts from mounting kit because AM4 has different mounts.
