$925 USD, $1300 AUD GTX 970 Build

I was wondering if any of you guys could give me a build with these things for around $900-$950

1) Everything has to be included.
(Case fans, optical drives, fan power spliiters)
2) It has to have either a FX 8350, i5 4690k or if you can hack it, a i5 6600k.
3) Black and white colour scheme would be great.
4)It has to have a GTX 970 or similar ($500 AUD, $350 USD MAX)
5) Overclocking board is a must.
6) 8GB of ram (1866mhz preferred and match colour scheme)
