9370 3.8ghz Please help!

There is my info. I had the 9370 but I saw it was running slow. I have the 990FXA-UD5. If I have to update the BIOS I`m not sure how. if I have to manually adjust it please tell me how.

What revision is your board ?

I think it's revision 3. I know it's not revision 4. I bought the board a year ago brand new.

If it's 3 it needs the BIOS listed above according to the site.

I ran the autoexec.bat and it says there is an incompaitiblity with windows 64 bit? I have windows 7.
