I'd like to build my PC, price will be less than 950$(950$ is last price)
I will buy via Amazon, so for price look at the amazon store.

My "must buy" components are:
Intel core i5-4670k ;
some 8gb RAM;
MSI z97 gaming 5 mb;
and don't know should I buy msi gtx 770 oc2gb or msi gtx 760 oc 2gb(prefer nvidia graphics).

looking for recommendation
BTW gtx 770 - gtx 760;
some PSU ;
case;
1tb HDD @ 7200rpm;
and should I buy 8gb ram @ 1866 MHz

in the beginning, I don't want to buy another cooler, will buy it later (don't include cooler in this price, 950$)

Solution
get the 770 it is pretty the best before you start getting into really high end cards.

Make sure your hard drive has a 64mb cache.

i would recommend a 750w 80+ bronze and it has to have more than enough amps on the 12v rail that your video card requires.

1866 is fine. 2x4gb

Unfortunately, if you are looking to buy a 300 dollar graphics card you are going to have to spend more than 900 dollars finding the parts to support it. What games are you interested in playing? If you want to run high performance games you might have to go 200-300 dollars over budget. I may be wrong, but a GPU like that requires good RAM, motherboard, and cpu to go with it.

A i5 haswell with 1866.. it could handle the best video cards in production and it is a K that can be overclocked.
