That SSD is a pretty big waste of money, considering you could get a 500 GB 860 Evo for the same if not a lower price: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1382498-REG/samsung_mz_76e500b_am_860_evo_500gb_internal.html?ap=y&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI2O2K1o382wIVlFuGCh00-wYbEAQYAyABEgKhvvD_BwE&smp=y . Another issue you may have is the compatibility of the motherboard with the CPU; if you're committed to staying with that board, just be prepared in case the BIOS doesn't support the chip. AMD does have a system in place that can fix that, but it will take a bit of time. Alternatively, depending on your mobo manufacturer, they may already have a BIOS flashing system in place. It's a case-by-case basis.

I would avoid both that...

I would avoid both that PSU and case. They are lower quality units. Do you have a spare hard drive at all? If so, I greatly advise using it, at least until you can buy a new one. By going with strictly the 500 GB SSD, I was able to not only fit in a better PSU and Case, but also a decently more powerful GPU.
