950 pro or intel 750

Which NVMe drive should I get? I have two 980 ti's and I think I have 4 pci-e lanes left on my system available, and from what I've read both of these drives use 4 lanes. So which one would be faster or better in an SLI system where there is a lot of heat coming from the two gpu's already.

Neither get 850 evo you wont notice any difference except for in how much $ you spend.
