Hello!
My m.2 is not detected after restart(reboot) .
I installed my m2 nvme , i was trying to clone the os from old 840 evo via samsung data migration , but everything fails , because i didn't disconnect other drives .
Finally i started a fresh install on 960 , after windows start to copy files in setup and reboot , the drive disappeared. Shut down and the drive appear. Continue the install.. installed windows , with all the drivers including nmve samsung driver. Now m2 ssd os drive is recognised in system , BUT every time i restart the ssd dispappear . I had to shut down then boot normally.

Any help ?

Dude I have an ASUS X99 STRIX with a 6850K did a clean install on a Samsung 960 pro. It disappears on restart and reappears when completely powered off, Debating on whether or not to return this crap. Called both Asus and Samsung both blamed eachother lol. Only legit thing I was able to find online was this article https://tinkertry.com/supermicro-superserver-bios-change-can-cause-960-pro-and-evo-to-hide-heres-the-fix But it didn't help me with anything just realizing there is a problem 🙁
